How does it work with the 3D print button?
It's very simple. You simply tell us what you want it to look like, we design it for you and send you a draft for approval.
Then it goes to the 3D printer and then it is painted according to your wishes.
can I change the songs?
Please contact us via email or phone.
Currently we play your song sequences on an SD card in our house and send them to you. We are already working on the fact that you can change your songs yourself at any time in the future.
Why do I have to get the .mp3 files myself?
How to ship?
Your Deal Buzzer will be shipped securely on a pallet in specially made boxes via a freight forwarder. Upon delivery, give the pallet directly back to the carrier.
Also, when ordering, provide your phone number where the carrier can reach you before delivery. As soon as your Deal Buzzer leaves the factory, you will also receive a tracking number via email.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to any address worldwide.
How to send back?
Please use the cancellation form from our GTC.
If you have any technical problems, please contact us, we may send you a return box in advance.
What are the payment terms?
Payment is currently possible via direct debit, PayPal and prepayment.
